Mouser inks global pact to add buzzers, micro-speakers
Mouser Electronics has signed a global distribution agreement with Advanced Acoustic Technology Corp (AATC), a manufacturer of high-quality buzzers, speakers, receivers, and microphones.
AATC technologies are included in end product applications such as computing, automotive security, medical, uninterruptible power supplies, and other consumer electronics.
AATC’s piezo buzzers offer a current range of 1 mA to 75 mA and a sound pressure range of 65 dBA to 105 dBA.
Featuring a frequency rating of up to 14 kHz, AATC piezo buzzers are robust and resistant to shock, making them ideal for harsh environments.
Magnetic buzzers are available as either self-driven buzzers (or indicators) with an oscillation circuit of externally driven buzzers (transducers) without an oscillation circuit.
The buzzers sound pressure ratings up to 95 dBA and frequencies from 2000 Hz to 4000 Hz, with voltage ratings from 1.5 VAC to 12 VAC.
Micro-speakers from AATC feature a frequency range of 110 Hz to 20 kHz, sound pressure level of 72 dB to 121 dBA, and impedance up to 100 Ohms.
These speakers come in round, oval, rectangle, or square varieties with diameters from 10 mm to 98 mm.
The AKS-1308- micro-speaker offers 0.7 W rated input power with 1 W maximum input power.
