These industrial temperature range ICs incorporate onboard error detection and correction, global wear levelling algorithms, and other data management techniques to provide reliable operation with maximum NAND media life expectancy.
SMARTsemi DDR3(L) (2 Gb and 4 Gb) and DDR4 (4 Gb, 8 Gb, and 16 Gb) are offered in x8 and x16 configurations.
Both industrial and commercial temperature ranges are supported.
The DDR4 devices feature a low 1.2 V supply voltage, making them ideal for low-power and portable applications.
