Yamaha providing support for COVID-19 medical front lines
Yamaha Motor has, in order to assist with the battle against the global COVID-19 pandemic, determined to manufacture face shields and sterilizing detergent (aqueous hypochlorous acid) utilising our production technology and resources.
The company has announced that the first step, to supply of face shields to local medical institutions via the Iwata City Medical Association, will begin around mid-May.

- Provision of resin face shields. Planned quantity: at least 1,000 sets
- Provision of sterilising detergent (aqueous hypochlorous acid). Manufacturing capacity: 500L/day
