Selective soldering level II maintenance training course

Kurtz Ersa a supplier of electronics production equipment, will hold an ERSA Versaflow 3 Selective Soldering Level II Maintenance Training Course from Monday, March 30th, 2020 at 1pm to Wednesday, April 1st, 2020 at 12pm at its Plymouth office. The two-day class will provide the knowledge and hands-on experience required to maintain and troubleshoot the Versaflow 3 machines.

The goal of the Maintenance Training Course is to give students the ability to properly maintain the Versaflow 3 and prevent downtime. The course will provide:

  • Advanced Machine Overview
  • Flux / Preheat / Solder Module
  • Calibration
  • Conveyor System
  • Nitrogen and Pneumatics
  • Electrical
  • Preventative Maintenance
  • Troubleshooting

Students that successfully complete the course will receive a certificate upon completion.
