nVent Electric announced the opening and expansion of service and training centres across Europe (EU) and Australia. These new centres – located in Jonkoping, Sweden, Straubenhardt, Germany, Sydney, Australia and Sheffield, United Kingdom – provide hands-on and application training with nVent CADDY, ERICO, ERIFLEX, GARNDER BENDER, HOFFMAN, ILSCO and SCHROFF products for its customers and partners.

The opening of these new centres strengthens nVent’s commitment to its customers across key verticals including data centres, power utilities and industrial. These spaces support nVent’s customers, key partners and end users, presenting the opportunity to demonstrate new product offerings, participate in hands-on training and host impactful conversations about the applications for current and future projects. Additionally, nVent showcases its ability to innovate and customize its products to align with customers’ needs.
nVent service centre in Sweden
nVent recently opened its new service centre in Jönköping, Sweden, offering express customisation services and Design to Manufacturing (DTM) Software. This software has new tools and live demos featuring the connection with machines to create holes, cutouts and assembly. This exhibition area allows customers to experience the DTM platform firsthand with the PWA6000 wiring assistant and full ergonomic product range. The centre is in nVent’s operating warehouse to allow customers to experience its serviceability, inventory and capabilities.
nVent training centre in Australia
At this new training centre in Sydney, Australia, customers, contractors, channel partners and end users can experience nVent’s products firsthand in the showroom. This centre offers training for specific applications and helps its customers evaluate the time-saving benefits of its nVent CADDY and nVent ILSCO products. This new space has an increased warehousing capacity and increased production to meet the growing demand for electrical connections products.
nVent experience centre in Germany
At nVent’s Straubenhardt, Germany site, nVent’s refreshed experience centre is designed to deliver immersive, hands-on experiences for its customers and partners. Straubenhardt features a dedicated product showcase and now can host up to 100 guests. nVent regularly updates this space with the newest technology to display its latest product innovations, support hybrid events, workshops and strategic engagements.
nVent service centre in United Kingdom
nVent opened a new service centre in Sheffield, United Kingdom, delivering localised service excellence through its panel shop automation solutions including its DTM software. This centre brings nVent products closer to its customers, helping them achieve cost savings and operational efficiency in panel assembly.
