Fluke Premium Care takes away the headache of accidental damage or worrying about compliance, calibration, and performance testing to make the most out of your tools. It’s a no-brainer."
Ensuring tool efficiency
Fluke Premium Care offers a cost-effective solution for maintaining tools in optimal condition. It extends beyond the original product warranty, helping users avoid unexpected downtime due to damaged or uncalibrated equipment. Annual cost comparisons indicate significant savings in equipment maintenance and repair for those opting for a Premium Care plan. This service is particularly beneficial for customers requiring annual calibration or performance testing of their industrial tools.
The calibration and maintenance service provided by Fluke Premium Care ensures test tools always yield accurate results and adhere to current standards. Customers can expect expedited calibration, repair, and freight services, facilitating quicker return to work and enhanced efficiency, safety, and productivity.
Enhancing operational efficiency
Fluke's ii900 Industrial Acoustic Imager and ii910 Precision Acoustic Imager are now available with one or three-year Premium Care plans. These acoustic cameras aid maintenance teams in locating leaks in compressed gas systems, which can significantly impact operational costs. For instance, a 1/8” (3mm) leak in a compressed air line can cost over $2,500 annually, as per the US Department of Energy for Industrial Technologies.
Moreover, a 100hp air compressor, consuming around $50,000 in electricity yearly, can waste up to 30% of that energy on leaking air lines. Annual performance testing of equipment ensures accuracy and safety, especially when scanning large areas or hazardous environments from distances up to 50m (164ft).
For tools like power quality analysers or multifunction testers, regular calibration is essential to guarantee precise measurements and compliance. With Fluke Premium Care, the return on investment from these tools is significantly enhanced.
