Kurtz Ersa has announced its upcoming VERSAFLOW 4 Level II training courses, taking place on 27th to 31st October, 2025, at its US headquarters in Plymouth, Wisconsin.
Designed for operators, technicians, and engineers, these hands-on sessions provide in-depth instruction on maintenance, process applications, and programming for the VERSAFLOW 4 selective soldering system. Participants will gain practical experience working directly with the equipment, learning advanced techniques to maximise throughput, reliability, and soldering quality.
The VERSAFLOW 4 – Level II Maintenance Training will be held 27-29th October, covering machine calibration, troubleshooting, machine layout, electrical schematics, and preventative maintenance to keep systems running at peak performance and reduce downtime.
Immediately following, the VERSAFLOW 4 – Level II Application Training will take place 29-31 October, focusing on process optimisation, defect reduction, and programming best practices. Topics include flux selection, preheating techniques, and cycle time optimisation. Participants will also be introduced to ERSAcad 4 Offline Programming, enabling them to develop programmes efficiently without disrupting production.
Class sizes are intentionally limited to provide a highly interactive, hands-on learning environment.
Registration is now open. Interested attendees are encouraged to secure their spot early by contacting David Miller at david.miller@kurtzersa.com.
