X-SCOPE 2000 on display at SMT Hybrid Packaging 2015
Scienscope International will exhibit in the SmartTec Booth (7-221) at SMT Hybrid Packaging 2015, scheduled to take place from 5th to 7th May 2015 at the Messe in Nuremberg, Germany. Company representatives will demonstrate one of Scienscope’s X-ray inspection systems.
Scienscope’s X-ray inspection systems division offers X-ray cabinet systems with what is claimed to be the highest performance to price ratio in the industry today. The company’s advanced X-ray systems feature micro-focus high resolution X-ray tubes up to 130kV, high-resolution digital detectors, a large inspection stage with 360° rotation, and oblique angel inspection. The user interface is simple and includes advanced features such as automatic BGA inspection.
Scienscope’s X-SCOPE 2000 X-Ray inspection system is a full featured high-performance X-ray inspection system with a high price to performance ratio, and many advanced features you would expect to find on a much more expensive X-ray system. This technologically advanced X-ray system features a 90/110kV, 5μm closed X-ray tube, Z-axis programmable computer controlled movement of the X-ray tube, an image detector and a mega pixel mapping camera with a zoom window.
