Wireless Logic will be exhibiting and speaking at Hardware Pioneers Max on 13th July in London.

At the show, the company will explore the urgent need to rethink IoT security, considering the evolving threat landscape that IoT solutions face. Wireless Logic will also introduce its new, multi-provisioned IoT security framework aimed at reducing the overall risk and impact of cyber threats.

The rate at which connected devices are deployed globally shows no sign of slowing, and this is creating opportunities for cybercrime. Yet, there are many different approaches to IoT security. On one hand, organisations may have technical security solutions, but third parties and supply chains must also be considered a risk. New legislation is set to increase IoT security regulation in the near future, and this will impact not only consumer devices, but also enterprise procurement policy. Wireless Logic will discuss what this means for Global Enterprises and OEMs tasked with keeping their connected devices and networks secure.

"The IoT threat landscape is changing – so the importance of robust cybersecurity measures cannot be overstated,” said Iain Davidson, Senior Product Manager at Wireless Logic. “To complicate things further, incoming legislation will reshape the regulatory environment, particularly for those in charge of international deployments. In this dynamic environment, a holistic approach to solution design has become paramount. We are going to show attendees how the right approach to security can preserve the integrity of their IoT ecosystems and better protect the digital infrastructure of tomorrow."

On Thursday 13th July, in Conference Room One, Davidson will host a seminar called ‘Defend, Detect, React: Why enterprises should embrace a 360 degree approach to their IoT security.’ Attendees will learn how to design connectivity, security, and life-cycle management into an IoT solution, without impacting user experience, and why this will be critical to advancing IoT growth in the future.
