The goal of the course is to provide attendees with the knowledge to properly maintain their process with minimal to zero defects with the highest throughput possible. Those who successfully complete this course will receive a certificate upon completion.
Training sessions include ‘Advanced Process Understanding’, ‘Flux/Preheat/Solder Process Overview’, ‘Lead-Free Solder Alloys’, ‘Process Requirements and Limitations’, ‘ERSAcad3’ and ‘Program Troubleshooting’.
