The Test Connection Inc (TTCI) will exhibit at SMTA International 2025, running 19-23 October at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois, where the company will spotlight its advanced test capabilities and full-service approach to tackling complex product validation challenges.

SMTA International provides a valuable platform for manufacturers, engineers, and solution providers to connect around the latest advancements in test and assembly. At this year’s event, TTCI will demonstrate how its tailored engineering services help customers reduce risk, improve throughput, and meet stringent quality standards across multiple industries.

Its expertise includes:

  • In-Circuit Test (ICT) development using Keysight 3070 and Teradyne platforms
  • Flying probe testing for low- to medium-volume applications, ideal for NPI and prototypes
  • Boundary-scan testing with XJTAG and Keysight x1149 systems
  • Functional test development for full product-level validation
  • Integration of specialty tools like the Feasa LED Analyzer and SMH FlashRunner programmer

Whether supporting aerospace, medical, defence, or automotive programmes, TTCI provides practical test strategies backed by hands-on experience and technical precision.

“Our customers rely on test as a final check before release. We provide tools and solutions that ensure confidence in every unit,” said Bert Horner, President of TTCI. “Our focus is on building reliable systems that align with real production goals.”

As well as engineering services, TTCI will also highlight its training division, The Training Connection LLC (TTC-LLC). Dedicated to workforce development, TTC-LLC offers hands-on education in SMT, test engineering, and electronics assembly. With locations in Maryland and Florida, TTC-LLC equips technicians, engineers, and operators with the skills needed to excel in fast-paced production environments.

TTCI and TTC-LLC are active participants in SMTA, IPC, PCBAA and PCEA helping shape industry best practices and education programmes.
