Seika Machinery & Malcomtech Merge
Seika Machine has announced that effective from 1st April, 2015, Malcomtech International is now a part of Seika Machinery. The company’s location and staff will remain the same; however, Seika Machinery will take over the sales distribution and operations.
“This merge is exciting for both parties as Tom Fujikawa had been looking for the right company to take over the business,” stated Michelle Ogihara, Sales & Marketing Manager, Seika Machinery. “He feels very strongly that Seika will grow the lines that he has proudly represented and for which he has developed a strong clientele base."
