Regulation – business minefield or opportunity?
ESCO have organised a one day event to bring together industry and relevant bodies concerned with developing business regulations to share information regarding the current regulatory regime and also ideas for working more closely together to produce a more effective regulatory environment, including ideas for reducing the regulatory burden. The event is taking place at a time when the wider Red Tape Challenge is being pursued by the Government.
This event is for company owners, executives and managers who have responsibility for implementing and managing regulations as part of their business activity within the electronic and electrical supply chains. The day will be a mixture of content from government departments such as the Better Regulation Delivery Office and industry contributions from ESCO (and some of its member companies) and the British Electrotechnical Committee representing the electronics community.
There will be ample opportunity for open discussion and private networking. The event will be held in central London at the BIS Offices Victoria 1 Conference centre.
