ioTech will unveil its new io600 inline system at productronica 2025 (November 18-21). The io600 brings CLAD into high-volume, inline manufacturing, marking a major step in the industrialization of digital laser material deposition. The io600 is co-funded by the European Union.

ioTEch says the io600 is faster by up to 7.2 million dots per hour and larger offering an increased active work area of 600 x 600 mm. It boasts 50µm resolution and ±10µm position accuracy and comes with a low cost of ownership – no wear parts, no cleaning required
The io600 enables CLAD to move beyond batch manufacturing into true industrial-scale production, combining unmatched material flexibility, ultra-high resolution, and speed. It can digitally process a broad range of industrial materials, dielectric and conductive, from polymers and solder pastes to conductive inks, metals, and ceramics. The non-contact, nozzle-free laser approach eliminates clogging, supports high-viscosity materials, and enables multi-layer complex geometries for next-generation electronics.
