Nordson ASYMTEK will show the Spectrum high-speed, high-accuracy fluid dispenser with the NexJet system for precision jet dispensing in microelectronic, semiconductor manufacturing, MEMS and LED applications. It has a very small footprint (600x1321mm), which maximises productivity in a minimum of manufacturing floor space, but rivals much larger platforms in precision, accuracy and speed.
