Fuji America Corporation will exhibit at the upcoming SMTA Tampa Bay Expo & Tech Forum (11th November 2025 in St. Petersburg, Florida) and SMTA Space Coast Expo & Tech Forum (13th November 202, Melbourne, Florida), where the company will engage with manufacturers to discuss its newest advancements in pick-and-place technology and smart production software.
Fuji’s team will be promoting its NXTR S and AIMEXR systems, as well as the growing capabilities of the company’s NEXIM production software platform.
The NXTR S modular pick-and-place system offers a path toward fully autonomous production. Each module can function independently, giving manufacturers the flexibility to expand or adjust their lines as production demands change. The system’s built-in material verification, smart component supply management, and predictive maintenance tools reduce downtime and keep quality consistent.
The AIMEXR delivers versatility for high-mix environments, supporting a wide component range from ultra-small chips to odd-form parts. With advanced placement heads, automatic feeder exchange, and rapid changeover functions, the system helps maintain stable throughput under varying production conditions. Through Fuji’s NEXIM software, operators can manage production data, optimise processes, and achieve full traceability across the line.
Fuji’s NEXIM software continues to evolve, with new functions and version updates on the horizon. The platform is designed to give manufacturers better visibility, control, and coordination across every aspect of production – from planning and setup to inspection and traceability.
