LEM exhibit traction products at Innotrans 2014

At Innotrans 2014, 23rd to 26th September in Berlin, LEM will exhibit its latest range of traction products. Used by the rail industry for on-board energy measurement, propulsion and auxiliary inverter control, track asset monitoring and improving maintenance infrastructures, LEM will display traction solutions including the EM4TII Energy Meter.

Utilising LEM’s class 0.5R ITC current and DV voltage transducers, the EM4TII Energy Meter has been claimed (by the manufacturer) to be the only suite of components that is able to offer an on-board energy metering function for both DC & AC rail networks fully compatible with EN50463. With the privatisation of rail networks, the LEM rail solutions can help to meet the demand for requirements such as on-board monitoring of power consumption.

Providing control and protection signals for on-board and trackside applications, LEM will also exhibit a complete range of accurate, reliable and galvanically-isolated transducers for measuring 0.1-20,000A currents and 10-6,400V voltages.
