The modern standard CANopen FD makes it possible to handle the ever-increasing demand for data transmission from sensors, machines, and complex production plants. The device is designed for digital applications using its eight digital outputs and eight inputs. It comes in a DIN rail casing.
For remote monitoring or remote linking of CAN FD buses, the PCAN-Ethernet Gateway FD DR is coming into market. CAN and CAN FD frames are packed into TCP or UDP packets and then transmitted over any IP-based network. To do this, the DIN rail device provides 2 CAN FD interfaces and an ethernet connection.
Not only for test benches, the PCAN-Router Pro FD is bringing 6 CAN FD channels, an SD Card slot, 5 I/Os, and a slot for an optional backup battery. The linking of CAN FD channels, transmission and logging of data is freely programmable.
