LASER World of PHOTONICS to discuss laser machining of glass
The LASER World of PHOTONICS is scheduled to take place from 22nd to 25th June 2015, at the Messe München site in Munich, Germany. The show will focus on ‘Laser and Optoelectronics’ in halls B2 and B3, and ‘Lasers and Laser Systems for Production Engineering’ in halls A2 and A3.
Insights into the research and development of electronics applications will be provided by application panels at the ‘Industrial Laser Applications Forum’ and the World of Photonics Congress, both of which are located in hall A3. Here, a wide range of areas will be covered, from printed photovoltaics, laser printing of nanoparticles to the growing diversity of ultrashort pulse laser techniques and micro material processing.
Information about the latest micro and nanophotonics and material processing will be provided by a number of sessions at the CLEO Europe-EQEC. The ‘Lasers in Manufacturing’ conference will discuss the processing of both transparent materials and surfaces as well as new concepts in manufacturing systems and process control. In addition to the traditional application panel on ‘Lasers in Microelectronics’, there will be a lecture series on the laser machining of glass at this year’s show.
