In2tec will join thought leaders at the E-Waste World Conference & Expo 2025 on Stand S05. The UK renewable technology pioneer will demonstrate its award-winning ReUSE and ReCYCLE technologies to attendees at the event, which will take place in Frankfurt on June 11-12th 2025.

Emma Armstrong, Sustainable Electronics Ambassador/Group Commercial Director at In2tec who is also speaking at the event, said: “The growing problems of raw material scarcity, ecological devastation, and the distressing health impact of e-waste mountains must be addressed to secure the wellbeing of the planet and humanity.

“The tech industry needs to shake out of the wasteful status quo of pumping out disposable technology and built-in obsolescence, so it’s exciting to see solutions being put forward at events like this.

“Sustainable technology is not only good for the environment but also offers a significant boost to revenue by diverting products from e-waste at the end of their useful life. Instead, they are used in next-generation technologies, securing the supply chain for future development.”

In2tec’s ReUSE and ReCYCLE technology brings circularity to the electronics industry through the removal and reuse of electronic components from printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) when a product reaches the end of its useful life.

ReUSE is a comprehensive suite of materials, manufacturing processes, and proprietary design techniques facilitating the production of fully unzippable PCBAs, while ReCYCLE is the ultra-low energy mechanism to retrieve the components and materials in like-new, reusable condition.

“Valuable and dwindling materials that could be used to develop technological solutions to the problems humanity faces now and in the future are rotting in landfill,” Armstrong adds: “Yet there is a solution that combines economic and environmental viability – the reuse, repair, and refurbishment of electronics. We’re keen to show recyclers, suppliers, manufacturers, and suppliers how In2tec’s innovation and decades of experience can implement cost-effective circularity in the tech sector.”

In2tec’s pioneering tech allows components and substrates to be recovered without causing stress or damage. It enables the reuse or resale of uncontaminated, viable components that are free of CO2 and cost and the company has been nominated for the 2025 Earthshot Prize’s ‘Build A Waste Free World’ category.

With over 500,000 ReUSE PCBA’s manufactured in 2024, In2tec has saved around 305,758 metric tonnes of CO2 in first-life manufacture.
