From 24-27th June, the company will be exhibiting a wide range of encoder and sensor ICs and system solutions characterised by precision, integration capability and flexibility in Hall B5, Booth 408. Visitors can look forward to live demonstrations, new products and expert consultation from the iC-Haus team.
High-end solutions for precise position determination and motor control
A particular highlight of the trade fair presentation is the new iC-NQE, a highly integrated sin/cos converter featuring 16-bit interpolation and a BiSS interface. This chip is ideal for the high-speed conditioning and digitisation of analogue sensor data from magnetic, optical or inductive sensors. Thanks to its compact design and powerful signal processing, the iC-NQE provides a reliable foundation for precise position control in real-time systems.
Another new product is the space-saving iC-GI22 front end for evaluating inductive position sensors. The two-channel IC provides a highly integrated, space-saving solution for applications requiring flexibility and robustness – ideal for compact sensor integration in robot axes.
Live at the trade fair: absolute position measurement with maximum resolution
For demanding applications in robotics, iC-Haus is also presenting a live demonstration of the combination of iC-PZ (optical, reflective absolute encoder IC) and iC-PVL (magnetic, battery-buffered multiturn IC). The duo enables high-precision off-axis multiturn position measurement – perfect for demanding applications in cobots, autonomous systems, or industrial axes.
Another trade fair highlight is the hall-based encoder IC iC-PVS, which enables flexible integration into a wide variety of systems thanks to interfaces such as BiSS, SPI, incremental, and sin/cos. Whether as a stand-alone solution or in conjunction with the interpolator iC-TW29, the iC-PVS is an excellent choice for absolute position determination.
Also in focus: the iC-MU Series as well as iC-RZ and iC-MR3 – ideal for use in modern robotics applications. With their compact design, high resolution, and integrated safety functions, they offer precise and reliable position feedback and meet the requirements of dynamic and safe motion control in the smallest of spaces.
