HARTING’s MICA set to launch into the world of ruggedised computing

HARTING will be showing the ruggedised computer, MICA at the Drives and Controls show (NEC, Birmingham, 12th-14th April). This is the first time the MICA industrial computer will be seen in the UK. HARTING expects to have its MICA ruggedised computers available to the market this summer.

Gavin Stoppel, Product and Applications Manager, HARTING UK, said; “Companies deploying large scale automation solutions using industrial IoT platforms and distributed control systems will need this type of device. We believe that ruggedised computers are a key element in delivery of Industry 4.0 and we expect to see considerable interest in MICA.”
