Hand soldering competition at SMT Hybrid Packaging 2015

For the first time, SMT Hybrid Packaging will host a hand soldering competition in hall 7, stand 500. The main prize is a place in the Hand Soldering Competition 2016, which takes place in Las Vegas. The prize will include flights and accommodation, as well as a cash award of €300.00.

Man – Machine – Collaboration - Technology produces emotions, emotions control Technology is the topic of the 2015 production line, located in hall 6, stand 434. Guided tours will be available throughout the trade show.

The EMS-Intersection joint stand, situated in hall 7, stand 101, will provide attendees the chance to directly compare numerous EMS suppliers. On Wednesday, ZVEI's Services in EMS initiative will host several panel discussions regarding obsolescence management.

Initiated by Fraunhofer IZM Berlin, exhibitors at the Optics meets Electronics joint stand will demonstrate the effects of the introduction of optical technologies in electronics and available solutions.

At the 3D MID network joint stand, 16 companies and institutes from all areas of interdisciplinary MID technology will discuss the current status of technology and new serial applications. The formal presentation of the MID Industry Award 2015 will take place on Wednesday at the MID forum in hall 7A, stand 525.
