The Quantum platform has a large dispense area well suited for dual-valve dispensing and ideal for a wide selection of substrate sizes, fluids and processes used in packaging and assembly dispensing applications. The Quantum Series provides exceptional value with standard LHS and RGB LED lighting for the vision system, and optional features such as CPJ+ and Fids-on-the-Fly. On the Quantum dispenser, the DispenseJet DJ-9500 jet and the DV-8000 auger valve will demonstrate dual-action dispensing.
Solder paste dispensing will be performed on the Spectrum II Series high-speed, high-accuracy, small footprint fluid dispenser. The improved Spectrum II series fluid dispensers continue the Spectrum tradition of maximum flexibility with a highly scalable, small footprint system to maximise floor space productivity.
The Select Coat SL-940E Conformal Coating System will have a two-valve solution: the SC-400 PreciseCoat Jet and SC-280N non-atomised film coater, showing both precise and spray coating. The SL-940E conformal coating system operates at 1g peak accelerations, is capable of velocities of 1m/s, and can accommodate product sizes up to 500mm.
