Embedded World to feature new way to control and interface with machines

Between 25-27 February 2014, at stand 5/345, ESCATEC will be showcasing a range of products. The products range from from luxury watches with interactive touchscreens to life-saving medical products.

An integral part of the design of each of the products exhibited is the embedded computing and software, which provides the control and Human Machine Interface.

ESCATEC’s partners on the booth are UDI GmbH and Smart HMI GmbH. Together they will be launching a SMART HMI Stick, that enables companies to provide a new way to control and interface with machines via an existing USB port. The stick creates a WiFi link to a smartphone or tablet, which runs an app to provide a simple-to-use Human Machine Interface to control the functions of the machine. Further information will be available at Embedded World.
