Embedded MCU developer combines flexibility & versatility

EMBAS will exhibit its competence in the area of MCU-based embedded applications, in stand 520C, hall 4A, at embedded world, scheduled for 24th to 26th February 2015, Nuremberg, Germany. The company is developing automotive and industrial data communication solutions with increasing focus on secure communication, and low voltage power management solutions for battery charging, control, power distribution and intelligent power management.

EMBAS also offers prototype production using its inhouse SMD equipment. The company states that its unique selling points are its small size, innovation, flexibility and versatility. The acquisition process is short and service is quickly and easily accessible.

EMBAS offers control system developments for embedded applications with the focus on data communications in the automotive and industrial environment. In the automotive and industrial markets, IT security is of the highest  The company also provides high power applications such as charging batteries, monitoring, power distribution and intelligent power management. Prototypes and small batch series are produced in EMBAS' in house SMT process line.

Development of platform and system-independent Embedded Software is also provided, based on C/C++, Real Time Systems and customer specific environments. Amongst others, support is provided for Renesas (16 & 32 bit), XMOS (XCORE multiprocessor), ARM (M0/M3 SOCs) and Microchip (PIC 8, 16 & 32 bit) MCUs. 

EMBAS develops cases and tooling in its highly equipped factory, utilising production processes & tools such as CAD, CNC Milling, CNC Turning, Power coating in RAL colors, Laser engraving, pneumatic jacking and sandblasting.
