Efficient reflow ovens on display at SMT/Hybrid/Packaging

BTU International has announced that it will exhibit in Booth 7-421 at SMT/Hybrid/Packaging, scheduled to take place 5th to 7th May 2015, in Nuremberg. Company representatives will highlight the PYRAMAX and DYNAMO convection reflow ovens, both equipped with the ENERGY PILOT software, designed to reduce the consumption of electrical power and process gas.

The PYRAMAX features a maximum temperature of 400°C and a comprehensive menu of options. BTU’s DYNAMO’s simplified configuration delivers 24/7, with 8, 10, and 12 zone air or nitrogen models available. The reflow ovens represent BTU quality and reliability and are backed by BTU’s unparalleled worldwide service and applications team.
