Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions (2026)
1. Promoter
The promoter is Electronic Specifier, Tythe Barn, Carriers Road, Cranbrook, TN17 3JU, United Kingdom.
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, agencies, or immediate family members of Electronic Specifier are not eligible to enter.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By entering this prize draw, entrants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
4. How to Enter
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
Entrants may enter the prize draw by scanning their event badge at the Electronic Specifier booth, or via other Electronic Specifier–approved entry methods specific to each event.

Only one entry per person is permitted across all events listed.
Bulk, automated, syndicated, third-party, or scripted entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
By entering, entrants agree to the processing of their personal data in accordance with Electronic Specifier’s Privacy Policy, available at:

Personal data will be used for the administration of the prize draw and, where applicable, for marketing communications where explicit consent has been provided. Entrants may withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe links provided in communications.
6. Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive one pair of Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash or alternative will be offered.
Electronic Specifier reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.
The winner will be contacted by email in December 2026.
If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, Electronic Specifier reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Prize Fulfilment
The prize will be dispatched directly by Electronic Specifier.
Electronic Specifier accepts no responsibility for delivery delays, loss, or damage once the prize has been dispatched.
9. Competition Period
The competition will run from 1 January 2026 until 30 November 2026.
The winner will be announced in December 2026.
10. Liability
Electronic Specifier accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or unable to be submitted due to technical or other reasons. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt.
11. Publicity
The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable promotional activity related to the prize draw. No additional compensation will be provided.
12. Governing Law
The prize draw and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Winner Information
The name and country of the winner will be available on this page.
