Following on from the recent speculation about the future of AllBright, the company has announced that its assets have been acquired by a Cain International investee company, securing the organisation’s long-term growth. Cain International remains the principal shareholder, reinforcing its commitment to AllBright’s management team and strategic direction.

As part of its refined strategy, AllBright will place greater emphasis on learning, networking, and events, expanding opportunities for professional women and businesses while enhancing the member experience. This evolution is designed to create a more dynamic and impactful community, ensuring that members continue to benefit from high-quality support and resources.

From 3rd February 2025, members will gain access to AllBright’s first co-hosted residence at Old Sessions House in Farringdon. The beautifully reimagined Grade II-listed building offers world-class amenities, including co-working spaces, meeting rooms, a café, phone booths, a rooftop pool, and a bar. The move aligns with AllBright’s transition to a flexible, co-hosted model, leading to the closure of its Mayfair townhouse as resources are redirected to enhance member services.

Viviane Paxinos, CEO of AllBright, said: “AllBright has always been driven by a clear mission – to empower women and support business growth – and this next chapter marks an exciting evolution of that vision. With the backing of Cain International, we are strengthening our long-term strategy, deepening our focus on learning, networking, and events, and expanding opportunities for our community. The launch of our first co-hosted residence at Old Sessions House is a key milestone, providing a vibrant and inspiring space for our members to connect and thrive. As we transition to this new model, our mission remains as vital as ever, and I look forward to what we can achieve together.”

In March, coinciding with Women’s History Month, AllBright will introduce a permanent AllBright Lounge within Old Sessions House. This exclusive women-only space will provide a dedicated environment for connection, collaboration, and career development. Initiatives such as networking sessions, co-working opportunities, and industry meet-ups will foster meaningful relationships and professional growth.

Beyond individual memberships, events, and brand activations, AllBright continues to support corporate partners through the AllBright Alliance. This initiative equips some of the world’s leading companies, including Fortune 500 firms, with tools and learning resources to enhance performance, achieve strategic goals, and cultivate inclusive workplaces.

With a renewed focus on community-driven experiences and professional development, AllBright’s transition marks a new phase of sustainable growth, reinforcing its commitment to women in business worldwide.
