The techMARK awards event is one of the largest gatherings of technology companies in the UK and recognises outstanding success in commercialising technology. Winners are determined by a panel of experts in the technology industry. Also nominated in the Innovation category along with Wolfson Microelectronics plc were Alterian plc, Imagination Technologies Group plc and Microgen plc.
The Innovation Award was collected by Wolfson’s Chief Executive Officer, Mike Hickey, who said: “We are delighted to receive this award and be recognised for our innovative technology, including our architecture-defining Audio Hub solutions and our range of AudioPlus(tm) products, which enable us to deliver ground-breaking HD Audio solutions to the consumer electronics market.”
