The benefits of using physical simulation during the product design cycle are no secret to industry. In this webinar, Design Rule and SSA Analysis will demonstrate how the software can dramatically reduce unnecessary iterations for designers. Beginning with CATIA design data, right through to the very limits of the V5 based simulation tools, the webinar will highlight ways in which designers can exploit CATIA V5 to its maximum potential.

Following this walkthrough, the webinar will examine how Abaqus, the world’s leading non-linear simulation engine, can use CATIA data as the basis for more complex tests, including plastic deformations, self-contact and collapse, which, using this system, can be solved in minutes rather than hours.
