As a result, the company will transition the Sales and Operations responsibilities of its satellite operation in Lancing, United Kingdom into the Florida facility over the next two months.
UNIPOWER LLC will continue to operate a strategic Technical Design and Development center in the UK and will be relocating this operation to a new site by December 2012 to better serve the needs of its European customers.
