The certification provides reassurance to customers that an organisation has systems in place to meet their requirements and consistently drive for continuous improvement.
Speaking of the accreditation Steve Cliffe, CEO, Ultrahaptics, said: “I am extremely proud of the team in achieving this accreditation. Ultrahaptics is an ambitious business, and this is reflected in seeking and attaining this recognition at only three years old. This accreditation enables Ultrahaptics to reassure our customers that whilst we are a dynamic, responsive and innovative organisation, these attributes do not come at the expense of vigorous policies to ensure continual improvement and absolute quality in what we deliver.”
Neil Shute, Vice President of Operations, who led the programme to become ISO-certified added: “For me, the key is to ensure that we are continually improving our processes, never accepting the status quo and always striving for efficiency. Solid processes are essential to the operational excellence that allows the business to maintain its innovative drive.”
