Today, Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI) (NYSE:TXN) announced the availability of new credit-card sized, low-cost TMDX5502EZDSP and TMDX5509EZDSP development tools, making TMS320C5000™ digital signal processor (DSP) development easy and accessible for developers, hobbyists, researchers and students.
The The eZdsp development tools feature up to 300 MHz of performance for the C5502 and 200 MHz for the C5509A. Containing a broad mix of interfacing options, these feature-packed eZdsp USB development tools are ideal for applications such as voice, audio, musical instruments and accessories, medical monitoring and fingerprint biometrics. To support rapid and easy development, both tools include a comprehensive suite of support software and sample code examples.
