The Hameg product portfolio has become an important part of the Rohde & Schwarz Value Instrument strategy for offering quality T&M equipment at an affordable price.
Hameg Managing Director André Vander Stichelen says, “We want to continue to grow our Value Instruments. Integration into the Test and Measurement Division enables us to standardise processes and better leverage synergistic effects. This will allow us to better serve our customers.”
The integration process is scheduled to be completed over the course of the coming year. Rohde & Schwarz will take over sales and service for Hameg products. The Hameg locations in Mainhausen and Chemnitz will remain and focus more on product development and product management in the future.
