Plasma-Therm launches new customer web portal

Plasma-Therm is pleased to announce that it is now offering customers online quick, easy and secure access to Product-Specific information through a new Customer Portal. This service enhancement gives Plasma-Therm’s customers the ability to find and review work procedures for their specific system type and easily download instructions for in-house maintenance engineers.

For added convenience, the Customer Portal is a web-based application, located on Plasma-Therm’s website under the Service/Support menu. Additions to the existing platform are scheduled in the future.

“We are constantly looking for ways to improve our customers’ experience. The launch of this new portal is further validation of Plasma-Therm’s commitment to partnering with our customers and making it easy for them to do business with us,” explained Arnie Colina, Global Customer Service Manager. “Launching the customer portal is just one of the ways we’re enhancing our support infrastructure to ensure our customers’ ongoing success.”

Plasma-Therm’s Customer Portal contains items such as Work Instructions, Software Release Notes, System OEM Manuals and User Guides. Having accurate, real-time data delivers new levels of productivity to customers and reduces the amount of time spent searching or waiting for pertinent information.
