Pickering Interfaces introduces a new battery simulator module with 6-channels suitable for emulating the battery stacks used in electric vehicle propulsion systems. The 41-752 is capable of supplying up to 300mA per channel, and each channel is adjustable from 0V to 7V. A current sink feature is included to simulate a battery under charge where each channel is capable of sinking 100mA.
The 41-752 is a 6 channel battery simulator, each channel being capable of supplying up to 7V and 300mA to the load. Each channel is fully isolated from ground and from each other allowing the channels to be connected in series to simulate batteries arranged in a stacked architecture. The 750V isolation barrier permits the 41-752 to be used to emulate a low power battery stack representative of those used for vehicle propulsion.
