Online English language car design school announced
NORI has announced that it is to launch an English version of its car design educational programme, scheduled to begin on 6th February 2015. Known as the Car Design Academy, it is supervised by Nori Kurihara, an internationally renowned designer in the automotive field.
The programme offers students a chance to learn and acquire fundamental skills necessary for all car designers, such as sketching techniques and styling design, through an online study system that utilises original textbooks and videos created specifically for this programme.
In order to become a car designer, one must attend a college that offers the appropriate specialised courses. Due to the expense of obtaining such a qualification, many budding automotive designers abandon the career of their dreams at an early age. Car Design Academy was established by professional designers who wanted to change this situation.
Offering an online programme, this project seeks to nurture the hidden talents of potential car designers from every corner of the world, by making high quality education easily accessible to all students.
