Online database of RoHS compliance documents launched by ACAL

Other sites typically list only whether a product is RoHS-compliant or not, however ACAL Technology’s site allows registered visitors to carry-out a search by part number and access RoHS-compliance documentation including datasheets, supplier statements and an Environmental Content Declaration. This lists the maximum parts-per-million (ppm) levels of lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, Polybrominated Biphenyl (PBB) and Polybrominated Diphenyl Ether (PBDE) present in the compliant parts, providing a level of information which is crucial to proving RoHS compliance. The Declaration, together with datasheets and other literature can be downloaded as PDF documents directly from the ACAL Technology RoHS website.
