These modules operate at either 3.0 or 5.0 volts and use the popular SSD1325 controller for the 2.7 inch and the SSD1303 for the 2.4 inch this ensures that the display is easily connected to 6800/8080 MCU’s. The option of parallel or SPI serial interfaces is provided as standard.

The embedded on chip oscillator and DC-DC converter reduces the number external components required.

The DDL-12864-27 provides an active area of 61.41 x 30.69 mm and the DDL-12864-24 is 55.01 x 27.49 mm.

These new modules are available for demonstration and are said to be competitively priced.
