Nihon Superior Issues Reassurance of Product Radiation Levels Since the Japanese Earthquake

Nihon Superior Co. Ltd., announces that it is able to report measurements of radiation levels to provide reassurance that products shipped from its distribution center in Toyanaka City, Osaka do not present any risk to its customers.

Since the Fukushima No 1 nuclear plant was damaged by the earthquake and consequent tsunami on March 11, 2011, Nihon Superior has been monitoring radiation levels of all goods received into and dispatched from the distribution center.

Results for the six months from September 2011 to February 2012 are tabulated below:
• Average value: 0.063 μSv/h (Sept 2011 to Feb 2012)
• Minimum value: 0.036 μSv/h (Sept. 15, 2011 10 a.m., fair weather)
• Maximum value: 0.090 μSv/h (Jan. 26, 2012 10 a.m., fair weather)
