SRP inductors can handle currents of up to 60 amps due to improvements in material technology. An ongoing technical development programme has also reduced DC resistance (DCR) to well below 1mΩ.
Bourns’ new SRP power inductors features 12 models from 7 up to 13mm in size. The devices benefit from a standard inductance range of 0.1 up to 10μH and are designed for an operating temperature range from -55 up to +155 degrees Celsius. They are fully RoHS compliant.
