Brüel & Kjær and Sikorsky sign Memorandum of Understanding

Brüel & Kjær and Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen industrial cooperation between the two companies. Sikorsky are bidding their MH-60R Seahawk helicopter to replace the Danish military Lynx helicopters. The MOU is conditioned on the decision by the Danish government to procure the Seahawk.

The MOU sets a framework for cooperation that will promote and enhance the business interests of both parties.

Brüel & Kjær and Sikorsky have agreed to explore, identify and discuss areas of mutual interest and – in the event of Sikorsky being awarded the program – to enter into a subcontractor agreement.
