Luso appoints Mick Grahame-Dunn to head business development

Luso Electronics Distribution has appointed Mick Grahame-Dunn as business development manager to drive sales, marketing and product management for the company. Mick joins Luso from Coventry-based distributor Nu Horizons (an Arrow company) where he headed business development for power supplies. His move to Luso follows the company’s recent announcement of an exclusive UK and Ireland franchise deal with US power supply manufacturer, SynQor. Nu Horizons previously held the SynQor franchise.

Grahame-Dunn is a professionally qualified mechanical and production engineer who started his career in electronics distribution in 2004 after 12 years at Marconi Telecommunications, latterly as quality and engineering manager.

Luso Electronics Distribution was established in May 2011 as a division within Luso Electronics and the company’s first franchise, with SynQor, was announced earlier this month.
