The team will also conduct a product demonstration highlighting Laird Technologies’ next generation Access Point Gateway (APG) device. The APG is a Bluetooth® wireless gateway device customized for the retail electronic point of sale (EPOS) market segment.

The device acts as an aggregator and can provide wireless connectivity for up to 28 EPOS terminals, thereby eliminating the need of individual cellular modems while reducing wireless costs. The APG comes in a compact form factor, and can be configured with power amplifier modules for an extended Bluetooth range of up to 1000 meters.”
