A brochure entitled, 'Medical Device Assembly Process Key Factors to Consider', has been released by Techcon Systems. It details 12 key factors that should be considered for the assembly process of medical devices.

While most dispensing valves look the same from the outside, the finer details and workings determine which application the valve is selected for. The 'Medical Device Assembly Process Key Factors to Consider' brochure includes tips regarding compliance, selecting the right controller and application testing.

Techcon Systems can also offer an application testing service in which a feasibility study will determine the suitability of a customer’s fluid with its valve products. A sample of the fluid, with the accompanying documentation and application details, enable the testing team to conduct trials, saving valuable time.

The brochure details a wide array of fluid dispensing products and dispensing components ranging from disposable accessories to complete microprocessor controlled dispensing systems and precision valves. All products are in compliance with RoHS, WEEE regulations and meet or exceed CE, TUV safety standards.

The brochure can be downloaded for free from the Techcon Systems website.
