Intoi, the owner of IAR Systems, has today announced its new strategy to focus on IAR Systems and to distribute its other major holding to its shareholders. To further reflect this, Intoi intends to change its name to IAR at its Annual General Meeting on May 3, 2011. Thereby, IAR Systems becomes a listed company at the NASDAQ OMX Exchange in Stockholm.
As a NASDAQ OMX listed company, IAR Systems will increase its global visibility and enhance its access to financial markets. It will be an excellent platform from which to develop IAR Systems position as the world's leading provider of software tools for development of embedded systems.

IAR Systems cooperates with the most renowned companies in the industry to provide embedded developers with a choice of flexible and powerful development tools. To become a listed company will be truly beneficial for us, now that we increase the rate of innovation and continue to extend our product offering and client support says Stefan Skarin, CEO of IAR Systems. Our ambition is to have the world's most comprehensive development tools chain in the embedded industry.
