Halogen-Free Products win 2010 Global Technology Awards

Nihon Superior has been honored to receive 2010 Global Technology Awards for two of its completely halogen-free products. The solder paste SN100C P602 halogen free, which is also lead-free, won the award in the category Environmentally Friendly Products or Services.NS-F900 soldering flux won the award in the Flux category.
/> For Nihon Superior “halogen-free” means completely halogen-free, i.e. with no compounds containing F, Cl, Br or I included in the formulation.Theses awards were presented to the president of Nihon Superior, Tetsuro Nishimura by the publisher an Editor-in-Chief of Global SMT & Packaging Trevor Galbraith in a ceremony that took place on Tuesday October 26 during the SMTAI Conference and Exhibition in Orlando, Florida.
