The evaluation kits consist of a 400 volt boost converter demo board and a pair of GaN Systems’ GS30603M 600 volt gallium nitride switches.
Customers who pre-order kits at PCIM will receive a 20% price reduction, and no deposit is required. Shipping will begin in Q3 2013.
