Free home automation training days announced by Carlo Gavazzi

Carlo Gavazzi has announced five new dates for its home automation training sessions. Electrical installers are invited to attend the free course to gain greater insight into the smart-house home automation solutions and applications.

The new dates are:

Thursday 10th January 2008

Thursday 7th February 2008

Thursday 6th March 2008

Thursday 10th April 2008

Thursday 8th May 2008



The free training sessions are being held at Carlo Gavazzi’s UK offices in Aldershot. Each session provides a full day of theory and practical hands on training. The course is suitable for anyone who has previous experience of home automation products and would like to expand their knowledge and product ranges, or those who are entering the market for the first time.



Key points to be covered include the features and benefits, system overview, how to wire a home for smart-house, addressing, programming and commissioning, hands on practical for first smart-house lighting system, how to sell smart-house to your clients and questions and answers.



On completion of the course, attendees will be offered the opportunity to purchase their very own demo kit at a greatly reduced price of £299.00 (list price £950.00) and will be awarded an installer certificate.



Smart-house from Carlo Gavazzi offers a simple yet effective solution to provide home automation. Installation is simple and cost effective as all components are connected to a central controller using just two existing wires, considerably reducing wiring requirements and time. This also provides the home/building owner with the option to upgrade and expand the system in the future.
